(1) A fund named National Nature Conservation Fund shall be established.
(2) The Fund shall be a self-governing and organized body with inalienable succession.
(3) The Fund shall have a separate seal for all business operations.
(4) The fund may acquire, use, sell or dispose of movable and immovable property like individuals.
(5) The fund may file a complaint in the same way as an individual and may also file a complaint against the fund in the same name.
